The Birth of Mindful Evolution
I know for many of you moms out there, some aspect of my story will resonate with you on some level.
Childhood Health Issues
During my childhood, I was plagued with the ailments of eczema, asthma, allergies, bronchitis, frequent infections, daily vomiting and diarrhea. This started a 32 year dependency on prescription medications and the conventional medicine system at an early age.
A Career that Ended
By the time I was in my 30’s, I had a sugar addiction, a diagnosis of fibromyalgia and a body that was extraordinarily broken. On my last day of teaching high school, I collapsed in the staff room and never went back.
The Healing Journey
After my teaching career ended, I became a recovering perfectionist and a research fanatic, motivated to become a mother. I spent years learning how to heal my body, de-clutter my emotions and nourish my soul. I learned the art of self-love, mindfulness, forgiveness and nutrition. I studied the energy systems of the body and techniques needed to create balance in the body and mind. As a result, I recovered fully and felt better than I had ever felt in my life.
Mindful Evolution Was Born
I thought about what it took for me to get to the point of feeling invincible. I realized that it was a result of becoming mindful, reprogramming one thought, healing one emotion and making once choice at a time. Hence in 2012, the concept of Mindful Evolution was born. It then became my mission to help empower other women with their physical and emotional health.
Becoming A Mother
Soon afterwards, I became a mother, determined to create a life for my child of health, love, mindfulness and empowerment. I realized that in order to do this, I needed to stay healthy and balanced, constantly learning and surrounding myself with a community of like minded people who are motivated to do the same for their children.
Life Long Mission
Now it’s my mission to empower motivated parents and their children with the information I’ve been blessed to acquire to live a confident life of health and happiness. Our children need this valuable knowledge at a young age. Rather than spending their adult years healing, they can thrive in every aspect of their lives, making a significant difference in the world.

•A personal development and research fanatic.
•A “foodie” who lives and advocates for a healthy gluten free lifestyle. Love a good burger and Indian is my favorite cuisine.
•Super passionate about gut and brain health and desire for all children to have a great start in both of these areas early on in life.
•Also passionate about mathematics in nature, human emotions and honoring our journey through life.
•Dedicated to my self-care which includes healthy eating, meditation, EFT (tapping), dancing and alone time.
•Trying to do something fun daily. My favorite things to do are enjoying breakfast, playdates, date nights, short getaways, throwing a good party, trying new restaurants, giving the perfect gift and watching movies with my hubby and daughter.
