Meet Dimple Arora, B.Math, B.Ed, R.H.N

Dimple Arora is the founder of Mindful Evolution (ME) and the host of the I AM MOM Parenting Podcast — each being a parenting movement empowering parents to create a family environment where everyone can thrive.

Dimple is a certified life coach, holistic nutritionist and emotional freedom technique practitioner, certified in mental health first aid, with a background in IT and public education.

Dimple is an expert in women and teen girl empowerment, specializing in helping individuals reduce the debilitating effects of stress, anxiety and childhood trauma. She works with clients to improve mindset, process emotions and optimize physical health through the mind body connection. Her practical and holistic approach to mental health focuses on regulating the nervous system, reducing inflammation and nourishing the brain, heart and gut connections using mindfulness, nutrition, EFT tapping and a variety of somatic therapeutic modalities.

As a previous high school math teacher and the creator of GLOW, a peer support and teen empowerment membership program, Dimple has a passion for working with teen girls one on one and in a group setting teaching them how to optimize their mental, emotional and physical health.
